Couch to 5k – week 1, run 2

Warm up: 5 minutes
Run: 60 seconds
Walk: 90 seconds
Repeat 7 times
Run: 60 seconds
Cool down: 5 minute walk

This run went better than yesterday’s even though I didn’t wait a day in-between before running again. Maybe it’s because I knew what to expect.

This morning I felt amazing which always happens the day after I exercise. Definitely missed this feeling I get from running.

I think that’s why I couldn’t wait until tomorrow to go out!

Later that night….
Updating this blog to say my legs feel really heavy and I’m really tired. It’s a good feeling though. Feeling really glad I started this program.
