Couch to 5k – week 3, run 1

Warm up: 5 minutes
Run: 90 seconds
Walk: 90 seconds
Run: 3 minutes
Walk: 3 minutes
Run: 90 seconds
Walk: 90 seconds
Run: 3 minutes
Cool down: 5 minute walk

First time doing a 3 minute run. Gotta admit, it was hard. My last run only had me running for a max of 90 seconds so it’s doubled. I did it though!! The trick is to jog REALLY slowly. Like reaaaaally slowly. Towards the end, I wasn’t running much more than a meter with 3 steps.
