Couch to 5k – week 3, run 2

Warm up: 5 minutes
Run: 90 seconds
Walk: 90 seconds
Run: 3 minutes
Walk: 3 minutes
Run: 90 seconds
Walk: 90 seconds
Run: 3 minutes
Cool down: 5 minute walk

This run is the same as my last run (week 3, run 1) and I’m glad. I found the runs hard tonight especially towards the end. It’s gone colder now too so I’ve got more layers on which to be honest, is a pain! By the end, I’m absolutely roasting!
