Couch to 5k – week 5, run 2

Warm up: 5 minutes
Run: 8 minutes
Walk: 5 minutes
Run: 8 minutes
Cool down: 5 minute walk

Okay so this is the first and furthest I’ve had to run – 8 minutes without stopping. Pretty glad there was a 5 minute walk break in-between. That first 8 minuter was hard. I’ve previously only run for a total of 5 minutes so adding that extra few was difficult. I had to slow down to almost a walk at some points, but I kept going.

The 2nd 8 minuter was better for some reason.

Shattered after.
