Couch to 5k – week 1, run 3

Warm up: 5 minutes
Run: 60 seconds
Walk: 90 seconds
Repeat 7 times
Run: 60 seconds
Cool down: 5 minute walk

I really didn’t want to go tonight. Had a long day at work and it was absolutely pissing it down when I got in.

I didn’t think about it. I went upstairs, got changed, and went. I’m glad I did, I feel loads better. Knackered now but happier.
