Couch to 5k – week 2, run 2

Warm up: 5 minutes
Run: 90 seconds
Walk: 2 minutes
Repeat 5 times
Run: 90 seconds
Cool down: 5 minute walk

I’m glad this run was the same as the last run. I found it hard tonight. I haven’t run for a few days so didn’t expect it to be hard.

It sounds rubbish not being able to run for even 2 minutes yet but each time I go I’m improving.
