Couch to 5k – week 2, run 3

Warm up: 5 minutes
Run: 90 seconds
Walk: 2 minutes
Repeat 5 times
Run: 90 seconds
Cool down: 5 minute walk

I really didn’t want to go tonight! Had a very tiring day at work so all I wanted to do was sit on my arse and eat tea.

Really pleased I went. After a shower and some food, I’m feeling a lot better.
